At Bright Competitions we pride ourselves on GUARANTEED draws. When you enter you can rest assured that the draw WILL take place LIVE on Facebook, Instagram & YouTube on the date stated. This is regardless of ticket sales – so if we sell 1 or we sell out – we’ll still do the draw! We will then upload the video to our Winners section on our website.
Furthermore, the prizes you buy a ticket for is the prize that is won. We do not roll over draws, do not extend draws and do not offer 70% cash alternatives of tickets sold.
Each individual competition specifies how many times you can enter that particular competition.
The date and time of the individual draw(s) will be stated on the individual competition page.
Googles random number generator will be used to chose a winner, this will be done LIVE on Facebook, Instagram & YouTube. After the draw the video will be uploaded to our Winners page on our website within 48 hours.

There will always be a winner. If there is no name against the number drawn we will redraw until we get a winner.
Each competition runs on a set ‘draw’ date, this will be displayed on the product page. This is GUARANTEED and NEVER extended.
Quite often the competition will sell out before this date, some sell out in 1-4 days of being LIVE on our website.
If the competition sells out early we will bring the draw date forward and do it as soon as possible after this.
We’ll announce the winner in a live draw on Facebook, Instagram & YouTube and then contact the winner directly to arrange delivery of their prize. We will also post the name of the winner on our website and social media.
We will contact you as soon as the draw is completed using the contact details on your account, so make sure they are up to date! You will need to respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
Each competition will contain information on how you will receive your prize.
Prizes will be couriered to you free of charge – this applies to our tech competitions. Cash will be transferred immediately after contact.
Cars & Bikes can either be collected from our address on our website or we will deliver to you.

No. We use Facebook as a platform to stream our live draws and have a laugh along the way with our audience. We also use Instagram & YouTube. We’d love you to join us on our Facebook page but we understand that not everyone has Facebook or wants to use it. Our live draws will be posted on the website within 24 hours of them being drawn and winners will be contact shortly after the draw by phone and email.
So no, you don’t need Facebook to participate and you’re not at a disadvantage if you don’t have it.
